Sir,
the bus conductors and the bus drivers, they r continuosly allowing people to get into the bus, resulting in the overloading of the busses, and then in the mid of the route, they r forcefully asking us to get down of the bus, scolding ladies passengers, who dont understand their languages .as we r having bus pass.today i personnally have gone thru this situation.if u have the facility of monthly bus passes, then just try to give equal importance to all the passengers.even to get a monthly bus pass we pay an amount, its not like we move free of cost by ur busses.I would like to give you the bus no. and hope to see some action taken about this incident.look we dont understand the local language it doesnt mean the bus officials can just say any thing they like to anybody.they dont even have respect for ladies passengers.the bus was some 201 range bus.and its no. is KA-OIF-4789,date-15-feb-2010. looking forward to see sm action taken on this issue.

BMTC is the most corrupt and worst bus service anywhere in the world. If you are staying in bangalore, better use your own vehicle. BMTC is very unreliable, corrupt, and inefficient service. There are no bus shelters at many busstops, so you have to suffer in hot sun and get wet in rain.

BMTC drivers skip 50% busstops and leave passengers waiting for hours. Drivers stop away from busstop. Drivers expect passengers to board running bus.

Conductors have no information about their own routes. They give old tickets and dont give change.

A big joke is they want to integrate BMTC service with bangalore metro. First, let them learn to integrate their own routes. More than 70% BMTC routes end 1 to 2 km before ring road. But most passengers have to go to ring road and take 500-series ringroad bus to reach other parts of Bangalore. Only few buses go till ringroad. BMTC should extend all routes till ringroad. Also, provid busstop at indian railways stations.
